Welcome!

We're glad you are here, and we invite you to learn more about this warm and caring religious community. Our congregation is a growing, vital, and joyful place to be. With roots deep in religious liberalism, we gather to explore the “big questions” and encourage one another’s spiritual journeys.

Our programs and events support people as they grow in curiosity, in spirit, and in community. We believe each person has unique gifts to offer the world, and that by meeting together as an open-hearted community, we can nurture and celebrate those gifts.

We focus on being in right relationship with ourselves, each other, our community, and the wider world. "We need not think alike to love alike" is a guiding principle for us.

We welcome atheists and theists, young and old, families and singles, people of every culture and ethnicity, LGBTQ+ and straight people ... you are truly welcome at the Unitarian Universalist Fellowship of Northfield!

Learn More and Get Connected
We offer regular classes for newcomers.

For Visitors: What We're About
What We’re About is a short overview of Unitarian Universalism and UUFN. Sessions run approximately half an hour and no sign up is necessary – just show up and learn more about our community. Sessions are in person at UUFN after Sunday morning services. Children are welcome to attend with their grownup(s).

Offered the first Sunday of every other month after Sunday services: November 3, January 5, March 2nd.

New to UU
If you are a newcomer who is ready to learn more, New to UU is for you. This class meets for three sessions. At each session, we’ll talk about aspects of Unitarian Universalist history and theology, leaving plenty of time for questions, reflections, and sharing our stories. We recommend anyone who is new to Unitarian Universalism -- or people who have been around a while but want to know more -- participate in this class. You’ll learn more about UU beliefs while connecting with other newcomers. These classes are informative, meaningful, and fun!
